DAY-TO-DAY
This sales position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM . No weekends or evening shifts ever!
As an Automobile Service Advisor, you are the face of our business. When customers enter, you greet them with a smile. You handle phone calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments. When our customers need services, you upsell them and prepare accurate cost estimates. You also assign jobs to our technicians and manage their productivity. Always attentive to detail, you inspect the work of our technicians, ensuring proper quality control. Additionally, you handle daily checkouts. You get great satisfaction from completing successful sales and love providing our clients with excellent customer service!
