Job Title: Comfort Advisor 
Location: Tacoma, WA 
Compensation: This position is commission based. Opportunity to make $150k-$200k annually! 

Position Summary: 
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Comfort Advisor to join our HVAC Sales Department. This role involved educating customers on the HVAC and indoor air quality needs, recommending solutions and driving sales of our HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer focused mentality and a strong understanding of HVAC systems. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provide in-home consultations to assess customer needs for HVAC installations, replacements or upgrades. 
• Educate customers on available products, systems and services to enhance home comfort and energy efficiency. 
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing. 
• Prepare and present personalized HVAC solutions and estimates based on customers budget and preferences. 
• Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers 
• Stay updated on industry trends, products and best practices to provide 5 star service 
• Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management. 
• Regular, prompt, on-site attendance essential for engaging customers in the sales process. 

Job Requirements: 

• Valid Drivers License 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• All job offers are contingent upon passing a drug screen and background check
• At least 2 years' related experience (direct experience preferred) 
• Proficiency in basic math and conversions of measurements 

Preferred Skills and Abilities: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Experience with Service Titan 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent attention to detail 

Physical Requirements: 

• Continual walking, standing, climbing, stopping, bending, kneeling and reaching
