What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and with professionalism.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with attention to detail.
- Create detailed documentation for technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Resolve issues proactively, offering referrals when needed.
- Engage in outbound calls to follow up with customers or offer assistance.
- Meet monthly performance goals and attend team meetings.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- 2 years of customer service experience (call center or customer-facing).
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and find solutions.
- Experience with outbound calls and Service Titan (preferred).
Schedule:
- Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Regular: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM one Saturday/month (overtime available).
- In-person position (not hybrid/remote work available at this time).
