Position: General Manager, reporting to CEO
Compensation: $120k-$130k annual base with significant incentivization targets of up to $200k total comp
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, financial performance, and strategic growth for a plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services company. This role requires a balance of leadership, industry knowledge, operational efficiency, and Customer focus to ensure sustained success and profitability.

- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field - OR - commensurate combined education & professional experience.
- 8 years of progressive Operations leadership within a Skilled Trades environment, including at least 3 years in a General Manager position
- 4 years experience managing managers
- Direct experience managing annual budgets of <$14 million
- 3 years Transformation/Change Management leadership experience and/or project leadership, including measurable understanding of operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of your industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Direct experience managing managers within a Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical trade company
- Green belt or higher in Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
- Proficient in technology for operations, scheduling, and Customer management.
- PMP, GSM, CAPM, CBAP or similar certification(s)
