Position: Lead Residential HVAC Duct Technician
Typical Work Hours: Monday – Friday. Typically between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Compensation: $25.00/hour monthly bonus potential
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Duct Cleaning Technician in all HVAC system cleaning; maintains efficiency and accuracy
- Knows how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Planning/staging jobs and adheres to quality checklist
- Professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
- Works with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Participates actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, team initiatives, etc
- Assists in completing accurate and timely paperwork
- Regular, prompt, on-site attendance essential for physically installing equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Mentor and develop apprentice technicians

- 2 years direct HVAC experience
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

Physical Requirements
- Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, heavy lifting, and carrying.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
