Lead Residential Duct Technician
Location : Greater Tacoma Area
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Pay : $25 / hour base bonus opportunities (Total : $25 - $40 / hour)

What You’ll Do
Duct Design, Installation, Cleaning & Maintenance – Inspect, clean, and maintain residential HVAC and dryer ducts. We send you to a customer, you inspect, bid, and complete the work!
Customer Service – Educate clients on recommended services and build strong relationships.
Team Collaboration – Work with dispatch and customer service teams for smooth operations.
Organization & Inventory – Keep work sites clean and service trucks stocked.
Continuous Learning – Attend training, meetings, and events to stay ahead in the industry.
Documentation – Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
Customer Experience – Deliver a 5 star experience for every customer, every time.
Flexibility – Take on additional tasks as needed.
