Residential Duct Tech - Apprentice

Position: Residential HVAC Duct Technician

Typical Work Hours: Monday – Friday. Typically between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists Lead Duct Cleaning Technician in all HVAC system cleaning; maintains efficiency and accuracy
• Knows how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Assists in properly staging jobs and adheres to quality checklist
• Shows themselves as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Works with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
• Supports Lead Technician to maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participates actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
• Assists in completing accurate and timely paperwork
• Regular, prompt, on-site attendance essential for physically installing equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 2 years related experience 
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record 

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, heavy lifting, and carrying.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.

Salary : $20 - $25
