What You Bring to the Team (Basic Qualifications):
✅1 years Residential HVAC service/maintenance experience– including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
✅Demonstrated understanding of HVAC codes and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
✅Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
✅Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
✅Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
✅Demonstrated ability with math and measurements
✅Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
What we’d love to see (Preferred Qualifications):
✅HVAC Diploma/Certification(s) from recognized trade/technical college
✅1 year’s experience using dispatch and job management systems (ServiceTitan strongly preferred).
