Duties/Responsibilities
- Completes all general electrical in-home service calls
- Establishes customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Educates and assists customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
- Understands service criteria and holds themselves accountable for exceeding revenue goals
- Works with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
- Trains and mentors apprentices to ensure quick accurate repairs and installations
- Turns in accurate and timely invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option timesheets
- Regular, prompt, on-site attendance essential for managing technicians and equipment
- This is a commission based position that receives a weekly cash advance – our skilled Techs have the ability to earn up to $150,000.00 per year.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years Residential Service/ Sales Experience (EL02), including building written estimates for immediate, preventative, and/or upgrades
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Valid/Current EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I
- Ability to lift up to 100 bs. and perform manual labor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the electrical trades.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic math and conversion of measurements
- Must live within a 30 mile radius of Tacoma location for dispatch purposes
