Warehouse & Fleet Manager

• Inspects and schedules maintenance on assigned vehicles and facilities  

• Establishes Preventative Seasonal Maintenance Schedule for HVAC equipment, Ducts and Electrical tools.  

• Establishes preventative maintenance program for service vehicles 

• Conducts monthly documented facility safety walks  

• Conducts random vehicle safety inspections 

• Negotiates with vendors to manage material and repair costs 

• Develops a cohesive relationship with technicians to provide adequate support 

• Ensures assigned vehicles and facilities are ready for regular business and special events  

• Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for all vehicles  

• Audits fleet inspections completed by drivers, and reports feedback to managers while planning for repair 

• Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of vehicles 

• Completes all required management reports 

• Manages warehouse team, inventory, audit process, parting running process 

• Manages returns and warranty product process for warehouse  

• Accountable for budgeting of all fleet, warehouse, and facilities planned and unplanned expenses 

• Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings 

• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local and company safety policies  

• Regula, prompt attendance during normal business hours is essential for answering employee questions during working hours 

• Monitors security cameras and is responsible for facility security at all locations 24/7 

• Manages security contracts  

• Manages tool orders and replacement orders 

• Manages preventative maintenance program for fleet and mechanical equipment including scheduled running and charging of “reserve” vehicles  

• Manages contracts and contracts with fleet and facilities vendors (including utilities/network) 

• Responsible for fleet set up – including but not limited to: bin setup, racking, tools, sign-off forms, check in/check out process, parts lists, parts management book 

• Leads warehouse team on truck stocking and bin set 

• Managing fuel program  
• Performs other related duties as assigned  

• 3 years direct experience managing 4 or more direct reports

• 2 years experience directly managing a fleet of vehicles 25 or across a multi-site facility with associated maintenance programs/schedules
• 5 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory and replenishment  

• Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills 

• 5 years experience using WMS systems; Service Titan, SAP EWM, or similar
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Experience using Service Titan strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or similar
• Six Sigma belt and/or CPIM, CSCP, CLA, or related industry certifications

• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities  

• Must be able toa access and drive all vehicles 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 

• Partial indoor/outdoor environment

Salary : $78,000 - $80,000
