We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Software Engineer to join our Consumer Pricing team. We are responsible for developing and maintaining the critical services and platforms absolutely essential to Affirm’s business success. Ensuring high availability is paramount, and we adhere to best practices to achieve this. Our impactful projects include redesigning pricing data models for enhanced scalability and creating new platforms for experimenting with various pricing configurations, helping us find the most optimal solutions for our clients and customers. This role is critical to Affirm’s business, enabling robust, scalable, and timely price management for Affirm products across the locales we operate in.

What You’ll Do :

• Build, optimize, and scale Pricing tools and user interfaces to provide the best payment options for Affirm customers.
• Build and maintain services that store the pricing data.
• Plan, design, communicate and implement reliable, scalable and extensible software systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to define and deliver on our product and technical roadmaps.
• Evangelize software development best practices.
• Lead others with examples to establish a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, high degree of craftsmanship and personal growth.
• Facilitate technical discussions and plans to improve our software quality.

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year :

Min : $162,400

Mid : $203,000

Max : $243,500

USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year :

Min : $146,100

Mid : $182,700

Max : $219,200
