Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or equivalent work experience
* 2 years SCCM backend hierarchy administration experience
* Hands-on experience in application packaging and deployment, software updates deployment, and the creation of standard OS images
* Strong troubleshooting skills with initiative to deep dive into problems to identify root cause
* PowerShell scripting experience
* Requires demonstrable communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to work in a team environment, with both other IT professionals and with customer groups
* A high level of interpersonal skill and the ability to work within a varied, demanding environment
* Must be extremely detail-oriented
* Intune experience a plus
