What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive - Ticket Sales position at Huntsville City FC?
OVERVIEW:
Manage and execute all aspects of ticket fulfillment, customer service, season ticket sales, and group sales for all Joe Davis Stadium ticketed events. This position will work closely with the Ticket Sales, Sponsorship and Marketing teams. This position will report directly to the Ticketing Manager at Huntsville City FC.

- Provide customer service to all clients, including relationship building, day to day operations, written correspondence, phone calls, account inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow up, etc.
- Responsible for, but not limited to, the sales of group and season ticket packages, Nightly and annual suites all aspects of season ticket renewals, customer service, and client fulfillment for an assigned account base.
- Prospect, establish, research and close group- and full-season sales through cold-calling, prospecting, appointments, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with assigned season ticket members through effective communication which includes, but is not limited to, seat visits, phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, invitations, and other communication channels.
- Assist in coordinating season ticket member events, gift planning, customized member programs and other season ticket benefits to drive customer loyalty.
- Assist in the execution of annual renewal and relocation campaigns while maximizing customer retention and revenue generation.
- Identify opportunities within assigned base to maximize revenue through upgrades, add-ons and referral business from clients.
- Manage assigned season ticket member’s payment schedules and late payment collections, and any account-related inquiries.
- Work all Huntsville City FC home games to assist season ticket members and ensure a memorable experience for fans. Answer inbound phone calls and proactively respond to outbound sales campaign efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required. Prefer Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 1 year of ticket sales and operations experience preferred, preferably in a Ticket Sales, Box Office or Ticket Operations role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience and working knowledge of ticketing systems and applications, preferably Archtics/TM1 Sales
- Must have strong initiative and work ethic and be able to function without supervision.
- Ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and to prioritize efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by events.
- High level of professionalism with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team setting.
