Objective:
The Senior Customer Relations Specialist’s primary responsibility is to develop strong and trusting relationships by providing high quality, personalized sales and marketing services to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Visit all customers within the assigned territory to increase our market share and footprint
- Maintain relationships and manage customer expectations
- Provide efficient and proactive customer service and support
- Deepen and strengthen customer relationships by providing training and consultative services
- Identify opportunities where we can partner with our customers through special events & promotional areas to grow sales and amplify brand awareness
- Conceptualizing creative events and promotional themes that help customers envision a high return on their investment
- Manage all aspects of partnered specials events including event timelines, technical and logistical aspects & generating media interest and coverage
- Coordinate upcoming events with our sales team and sales administrator
- Follow up on all activities and processes until successfully completed
- Troubleshoot customer service issues and address internally for successful resolution
- Communicate and report on customer activities and post-event outcomes
- Other marketing and sales duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience within the retail industry
- Project management experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills
- Self-motivated and outgoing
- Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Strong desire to succeed
