Overview
The Office Manager of the Pain Center serves as supervisor of all Pain Center clerical staff. Responsible for coordinating office staff, time and attendance, medical record requests from HHS communicating to staff, office staff schedule, problem solving, day to day operations of the office and patient complaints. Participate in team planning with Director of Center for Pain Management.
Qualifications
Education required: High School diploma/GED
Education preferred: College degree
Additional skills/abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work in a fast paced environment requiring changing tasks frequently and quickly when necessary. Must be proficient in the use and programming of the person computer with a strong emphasis on spreadsheet applications and presentation software. General office duties: phone, scheduling software, e-mail and telephone etiquette, typing, Dictaphone, copier and fax machine. Must have strong leadership skills. Must be innovative and have strong critical thinking skills.
