Responsibilities Include:
The Dietary Manager’s duties include preparation, sanitation, maintenance, and quality control of the kitchen and food.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Dietary Manager certificate preferred
- Cook experience required
- ServSafe or related certification preferred
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
