Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead the daily operations of our residential community. While previous property management experience is a plus, it is not required—what’s most important is proven leadership experience and a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and support on-site teams
- Manage resident relations, including leasing, service requests, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Drive occupancy and revenue through effective sales and retention strategies
- Ensure the property is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
- Stay informed on industry regulations and trends
Qualifications
- Leadership experience is required—team management or supervisory roles preferred
- Background in property management, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations (or willingness to learn)
