Our company is seeking a qualified individual to fill our HR Specialist role here at Hupp Draft Services. We are seeking a professional, responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. They prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.

- Provides all employees with a clear explanation of company policies, procedures and benefits while ensuring complete comprehension.
- Daily Payroll Processing and Auditing
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to Federal and State labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Handle employee inquiries, conflicts, and performance issues
- Ensures that personnel files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Regular data entry and communication to support company workflow
- Assist in issuing all company retraining’s, coaching’s, disciplinary probations and/or terminations.
- Reporting employee performance analytics to the designated Managers and/or CEO.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
- Preforms task as assigned by CEO or Ownership
Required:
- 2-4 Years Professional experience, in a Human Resources role.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR.
- Advanced in all Microsoft programming including outlook and Excel.
- Proficient in both written and spoken bilingual communication.
