```Duties:```
- Set up and operate Laser and Punch machines to accurately cut sheets according to blueprints and specifications
- Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience operating laser cutting or punching machines or similar equipment
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
