What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trauma/Acute Care Surgery Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner position at Hurley Practice Management Services?
We are currently looking to hire additional Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team in the Trauma/Acute Care Surgery Department.

As part of our commitment to mentoring and teaching, we actively involve our Physician Assistants in a wide variety of high-acuity clinical settings, ensuring they receive comprehensive, hands-on experience across multiple areas of the hospital.
Our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) play a pivotal role in diverse areas such as the Medical Floors, Neuro/Trauma/Burn/Surgical ICU, and the Trauma Bay, where they are directly involved in managing a complex and diverse patient population. Our APPs have the opportunity to perform an extensive array of procedures, including laceration repair, chest tube insertion, central and arterial lines, dialysis catheter insertions, bedside escharotomy, moderate conscious sedation, and much more.
