Employee Referral Bonus
Effective August 9, 2021, any employee who refers a person for employment at any of the Huron Casting family of companies will be paid $1000 for each referral who is hired full-time to work at one of our companies. To be eligible, the new full-time employee must work 90 working days.
Employees who refer new part-time employees will be paid $500 after the part-time employee works 45 working days.

Metal Fabrication/Construction - Blue Diamond Steel Casting
Blue Diamond Steel Casting has an immediate opening for a 1st shift Metal Fabricator/Construction position. In this role, you will be expected to safely perform day-to-day operations to fabricate and repair both new and used foundry equipment. Responsibilities include welding, cutting, fitting, installation and removal of equipment along with identifying, troubleshooting, and maintaining faulty equipment such as augers, elevators, and conveyors. Employees in this department will perform preventative maintenance according to the Preventative Maintenance Program and safely operate mobile equipment, manlifts, cranes, and power and hand tools.
