What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Foster team collaboration by enhancing team dynamics and sharing knowledge to strengthen capabilities
Take ownership of workstreams and deliverables to ensure impactful contributions to client challenges
Prepare high-quality, client-ready deliverables, including analyses and presentations
Apply innovation tools and techniques, including generative AI, to enhance recommendations
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather and analyze data, articulating insights and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications) :
2-3 years of management consulting experience
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA), or another advanced degree
Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)
