What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Foster team collaboration and enhance team dynamics to contribute to collective success
Take full ownership of workstreams and deliverables to drive client impact
Prepare high-quality, client-ready deliverables, including analyses and presentations
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather and analyze data for client recommendations
Present insights and recommendations confidently to clients
What is Required (Qualifications) :
2-3 years of management consulting experience
Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or another advanced degree
Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, and experience leveraging them in client solutions
Proactive and self-motivated approach, thriving in both structured and unstructured environments
