Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Digital Consulting Director - Oracle Cloud HCM in Portland, Oregon.

As a Director at Huron, you will represent the pinnacle of professionalism and expertise, collaborating with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions that meet and exceed engagement objectives. You will provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management while constructing enduring relationships that benefit the firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead teams in delivering Oracle Cloud implementations in areas such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll Cloud, Compensation, Workforce Management, Recruiting / ORC, and Time & Labor.
- Oversee project management, implementation planning, and functional application expertise.
- Establish credibility and build trust with senior-level client executives.
- Contribute thought leadership through speaking engagements and publications.
- Manage multiple projects of varying scales and durations.
- Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff.
Qualifications :
The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $225,000, with total estimated compensation, including annual incentives, ranging from $206,250 - $303,750. The job is also eligible for Huron's benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
