Huron County Community Library is seeking a part time, 16 hours a week, IT Library Clerk. This is an entry level position paying $10.70/hr; benefits include paid time off, sick leave, holiday pay and state retirement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons in the computer lab
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Update online calendars, create slides to promote library programming.
- Assist the IT Coordinator with technology projects
- Utilize communication skills to interact with diverse patrons and colleagues professionally
Criteria:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, hard working
- Proficient with computers, tablets, smart phones
- Team player
- Available to work day and evening shifts, and Saturdays
