We are looking for a Weekend Counter Opener! This shift is Saturday and Sunday 4am -12pm. This is a great position for early birds. Opportunity for more hours during the summer months.
Responsibilities:
- Open the store in the morning and ensure all necessary preparations are completed before customers arrive.
- Set up the cash register and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Prepare and arrange food items for display.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Upsell additional products or promotions to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, food service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
