Status: 80 hours per two week pay period (would consider part-time if requested)
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Job Schedule: Full-time (would consider part-time if requested)
Weekly Hours: 40-64 hours

Requirements
- MSW required. 2 years Dialysis or 2 years mental health experience.
- Licensed by the South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners.
- Visual, auditory, and speech acuity requisite to verbal and written communication with staff, patients, families, physicians and other persons with whom contact is part of the work activities.
Working Conditions
- Work is indoors in clean, well-lighted, climate-controlled environment with minimal hazards under normal conditions. Works in patients’ homes, hazards subject to condition of patients’ homes.
- Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change) and to atmospheric conditions (one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases or poor ventilation).
- Work requires finger/hand dexterity and eye/hand coordination along with accurate keyboarding skills.
- Position involves sitting 50-75% of the day, standing, typing, filing, stocking supplies, occasional light lifting, walking, stooping, squatting and bending. Lifts 10-30 pounds, most frequent lifts 10-15 pounds.
- Involves travel to patients' homes.
- Risk exposure to communicable disease.
