What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler/Medical Records position at Huron Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center?
We are in search of Full Time Medical Records/Scheduler to maintain the medical record system in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Support facility staffing and scheduling needs in conjunction with Human Resources Manager.

Wage:
- $19.35/hour - $20.85/hour
- Including employer paid $0.85/hour for each hour worked through 09.30.25
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- File medical records promptly and ensure information is protected and confidential.
- Ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Process discharges.
- Staff scheduling to ensure appropriate staff levels.
- Answer telephone and route calls promptly and accurately.
- Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a “Weekend/Night” Manager Rotation (Approximately 1 weekend a month and 2 weeknights until 6pm).
