Qualifications
$117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Experience with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation in Oracle Cloud HCM - specifically within the Benefits module
- 1-2 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM - Benefits module implementation experience
- Hands-on experience in configuration within Oracle Cloud Benefits module
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
