As the Healthcare Consulting Director in Clinical Enterprise, Case Management, you will:
- Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments.
- Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- 8 years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience with excellent knowledge of case management principles
- Direct Supervisory Experience within Case Management
- Level of Care experience with industry standard tools (InterQual®, Milliman Care Guidelines)
- Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 80% (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- US Work Authorization required
- Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment
