Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer
FLSA Status: Exempt
Hours: Full-Time. Monday–Thursday is 8am-5pm with the option to work from home on Tuesday. Friday is a work from home, half-day from 8am-12pm.
Salary Range: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

We were founded in Lincoln, Nebraska as a small team of two in 2010, offering social media services to brands and athletes. After a decade of growth later we have grown to be a uniquely well-rounded marketing and advertising agency with in-house media, sports, entertainment, and film divisions.
Mergers and acquisitions over the years (with B2 Interactive, Disconnected Media, Digital Hero Films, Victory Fighting Championship, Hail Varsity, and Parkville Media) have grown our team to over 150 people.
We serve over 200 clients who collectively operate in 8 countries, including 43 states in the United States. Our clients range from local businesses just starting to build their brand and online presence to enterprise organizations.
About the role:
We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital media platforms. This position reports directly to the Creative Director of Hurrdat.
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Create motion graphics and animations for digital media platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.

Develop motion graphic video content and overlays for various clients and brand initiatives.

Work on brand films, digital video content, and social media campaigns.

Collaborate with creative teams, producers, and studio managers to ensure alignment with project goals.

Integrate design elements, animation, audio, and visual effects into projects.

Maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics projects.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Must have 4 years of Motion Graphics experience.

Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals and animation principles.

Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.

Ability to create compelling storytelling through animation and visual effects.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative teams.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Design adaptability to cater to various styles and branding requirements.
Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Work is normally performed in a typical office environment.

Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
