What You'll Do
- Dispatch and manage drivers for efficient load delivery.
- Resolve issues like late deliveries, equipment breakdowns, or driver concerns.
- Ensure drivers meet DOT and FMCSR regulations, including Hours of Service compliance.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to keep operations on track.
- Suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity during weekend shifts.
- At least 1 year of fleet management or dispatch experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSR regulations and Hours of Service.
- Proficiency in Windows-based systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges.
- Salary: $62,000–$67,000/year bonus opportunities.
