Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, engaging them in friendly conversation, addressing any questions they may have and providing exceptional service throughout their visit. You'll be the face of Hurricane Express Wash and play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers leave with a smile.

Customer Relations: Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships and foster brand loyalty by delivering enthusiastic and excellent service. Your positive attitude and helpfulness will make our customers eager to return.

Membership Sales: Promote the Hurricane Express Wash mobile app, Google Reviews, and Unlimited Storm Club™ memberships to all customers. Showcase the benefits and value of these offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to the unique needs of each vehicle, ensuring all nooks, crevices, and surfaces are cleaned meticulously.

Preparation and Inspection: Inspect vehicles before and after washing to identify and report any damage or issues to the appropriate supervisor. Your diligence will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of service.

Equipment Maintenance: Keep car wash equipment, tools, and supplies well-maintained and in good working condition.

Efficiency and Time Management: Work efficiently to ensure that vehicles are washed and prepared for customers in a timely manner, minimizing wait times and ensuring smooth operations.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling chemicals and operating equipment to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Report and document any safety and damage incidents for management to address.

Opening and Closing Duties: Responsible for opening or closing the car wash facility, including securing the premises, preparing equipment, and handling cash register operations.

Requirements:

Prior Experience: Previous experience in car detailing, car washing, or automotive care is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided for candidates with a strong willingness to learn. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills required to interact positively with customers and address their needs effectively.

Physical Endurance: This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing, bending, and lifting equipment and materials outside for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail ensures that our customers receive nothing less than the highest quality service.

Reliability: Punctuality and a dependable work ethic are crucial to maintaining the efficiency of the car wash operations.

Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed, to accommodate our customers' busy schedules.

Age: Minimum age of 18 years old.
