Daily Duties:
Membership Sales: Generate and close sales leads. Promote and assist customers with signing up on the Hurricane Express Wash mobile app as an Unlimited Storm Club™ member.
Customer Relations: Cultivate lasting customer relationships and foster brand loyalty by delivering enthusiastic, persuasive, and excellent service. Your positive attitude and helpfulness will make our customers eager to return.
Relay Information: Be knowledgeable and able to advise customers on our promotions, Unlimited Storm Club™ memberships, and products. Show our customers the ultimate service experience and help cultivate lifelong fans.
Accept and Process Orders: Operate the POS register and resolve checkout issues.
Responsibilities:
- Display willingness or enthusiasm to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions for the duration of work shifts.
- Display a fresh and professional appearance.
- Develop a basic understanding of XPT operations, functions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Be ready to work in accordance with all HRA Management rules, policies, and protocols.
Requirements:
Prior Sales Experience: Must have previous experience in sales.
Age: Minimum age of 18 years old
Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills are required to interact positively with customers and potential members. Your approachable and outgoing nature ensures customers leave feeling like they’ve just made a friend.
Physical Endurance: This role requires physical stamina, as you’ll be standing outdoors for up to eight hours at a time.
Transportation: Have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Reliability: Punctuality and a dependable work ethic are crucial to maintaining the efficiency of our car wash operations.
Flexibility: Ability to work eight-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed, to accommodate our customers' busy schedules.
Compensation:
- $15.00 per hour base pay
- Potential bi-weekly bonus
