As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our customers' experience and that their vehicles receive the utmost care and attention.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $50,000 yearly base bonus

Responsibilities:
- Drive quality and excellent customer service through the daily management of team members and site programs. Effectively answer all customer questions and handle complaints
- Promote the use of and assist customers with the Hurricane Express Wash mobile app and memberships
- Monitor and manage the site through cleanliness, equipment operation, and service
- Ensure daily openings and closings are on schedule and standards and procedures are maintained
- Create and promote a safe and positive work environment while effectively following site safety guidelines
- Lead recruiting, hiring, retention, and promotion efforts for the site team
- Adhere to company staff models and expense management
- Ensure all training and career development of site staff to company standards
- Motivate team member performance, recognize good performance, and address poor performance professionally
- Manage sales and volume at the site level by directing on-site sales and promotional efforts
- Cross-functionally work with the corporate project manager to execute CapEx projects
- Overcome performance shortfalls and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain and manage vendor and community relationships
- Display willingness or enthusiasm to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions for periods of time
- Support Point-of-Sale system operation and bank deposit procedure
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of XPT operations, functions, and troubleshooting procedures
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Leverage the performance of the site to adjust expenses as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in the car wash industry (preferred but not required)
- Able to lift at least 35 lbs. and stand consistently for up to eight hours at a time
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience (maintenance or operations preferred)
- Experience leading teams to achieve great results
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (required)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (required)
- Root Cause Analysis Experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
