Job Description: CSR - Customer Service Representative
This position in onsite, located near Siloam Springs, AR
Position Description
o Communicate with customers to capture and convey shipping and order instructions.
o Enter load information and instructions into dispatch software.
o Make pick-up and delivery appointments based on customer orders and schedules.
o Provide customers with information on service, equipment availability, and shipment status.
o Track drivers and loads and make sure they deliver in a timely manner.
o Interact with customers and drivers in a polite and professional manner.
o Monitor shipments and work with Dispatch to eliminate (or reduce to a minimum) fines and late fees due to service failure (missed pickup and delivery appointments).
o Be a single point of contact for major customers.
o Ensure all loads comply with HOS and DOT regulations.
o Obtain directions to shippers and consignees and enter directions into dispatch software.
o Provide Management with feedback on customer service-related issues.
o Process invoices as needed.
o Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Skilled in data entry and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to perform outbound calling
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
