Responsibilities
- Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen staff
- Teach proper knife and cooking skills to the staff
- Oversee food inventory and ordering
- Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the BOH team
- Prepare weekly specials

- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
