Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Cabana and Tube Rentals Department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisor will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success.
The following are required for overall job performance:
- Push for the overall success of the Rentals department by providing Guest First Service.
- Work with team members to achieve daily per-capita and revenue goals.
- Responsible for inventory counts and replenishing as needed.
- Cleanliness – assure all rentals areas are always clean and guest ready.
- Labor Management- Assist in the daily monitoring and control of labor.
- Safety – Upholds safety standards in the work place.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong leadership skills, self-motivator and desire to learn.
- Commitment to providing Guest First Service and Safety.
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle food and able to be TABC certified
- Computer skills in Databases, Inventory Management and MS Office.
