Job Summary :
Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Cabana and Tube Rentals Department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervisor will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success.
The following are required for overall job performance :
Push for the overall success of the Rentals department by providing Guest First Service.
Work with team members to achieve daily per-capita and revenue goals.
Responsible for inventory counts and replenishing as needed.
Cleanliness – assure all rentals areas are always clean and guest ready.
Labor Management- Assist in the daily monitoring and control of labor.
Safety – Upholds safety standards in the work place.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong leadership skills, self-motivator and desire to learn.
Commitment to providing Guest First Service and Safety.
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle food and able to be TABC certified
Computer skills in Databases, Inventory Management and MS Office.
