What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Lead position at Hurricane Harbor Arlington?
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- The Lead will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success. The following are required for overall job performance.
- Demonstrate excellent Guest First Service and maintain a positive attitude towards Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Assist the Supervisor in daily operation of Retail location(s) at Hurricane Harbor. May be required to operate area with supervisor not present.
- Assist in monitoring that we are in full compliance with all Cash Handling policies and procedures
- Assist Supervisor in handling damages, and transfers.
- Presentation must be kept neat, clean, departmentalized, and visually appealing to Guests. Maintain a well organized and clean work area for all assigned locations.
- Must be knowledgeable about products, speak positively about products, and make every effort to make a sale.
- Assist on till as necessary
- All other duties as assigned
