What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food And Beverage Team Member position at Hurricane Harbor Splashtown?
What You Will Be Doing :
- Cooking and / or serving food in accordance with Six Flags standards and Health Department Standards
- Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen
- Greeting each guest as they walk up to the location
- Have a sense of urgency to take care of tasks as efficiently as possible
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers
- Cleaning outdoor and indoor areas and upkeep general housekeeping duties
- Keep assigned area organized and clean throughout shifts
- Maintaining safe area and work environment
- Enforcing all Six Flags policies and procedures
- Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned
- Communicating effectively with lead or supervisor
- Assisting in other areas of the Food and Beverage Department
