Key Responsibilities :

Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including feeding, bathing, and toileting.

Support medical staff in procedures and patient care activities.

Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.

Safely transfer residents between rooms, beds, and wheelchairs.

Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.

Prepare medical equipment for inspection and sterilization.

Offer basic first aid services and wound care.

Qualifications :

Active CNA certification.

Ability to maintain professional relationships with staff and vendors.

Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies, including compliance and code of conduct.

Prior experience as a CNA is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to see, hear, and move as needed throughout the workday.

Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Able to handle the physical and emotional demands of working with residents who may be ill, disabled, or have memory impairments.

Work Environment :

Indoor work environment with standard noise levels.

Possible exposure to fumes, odors, chemicals, and bloodborne pathogens.
