Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing meals in alignment with dietary restrictions and individual resident needs.
- Ensure meals are served at the appropriate temperature and delivered promptly to residents.
- Support the dietary team in meal presentation and delivery.
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and other kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces and storage areas.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Work alongside the Dietary Manager and team to improve processes and meet residents’ needs effectively.
