Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
• Providing basic medical care: Administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and updating medical charts.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team: Working alongside registered nurses (RNs), physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive high-quality, individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and families: Providing information on medications, treatments, and procedures, and helping patients and families understand medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Documenting patient care: Recording patient information, updating charts and medical records, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Adhering to legal and ethical standards: Following all state and federal regulations, as well as ethical guidelines set forth by the nursing profession and Hurricane Health & Rehabilitation.

Position (LPN) Requirements:

*Current Utah LPN license!

*Shift Needs: AM, PM, NOC - Flexible options available

*Time Options: (PRN) Hours Needed! - Ability to Pick your own Shifts.
