In order to assist with flipping mobile homes in two of our Billings, MT mobile home parks, our property management company is seeking a motivated and experienced worker.
- Qualifications:
Prior experience with general handyman labor and home repair/remodel tasks required. Bilingual is a plus.
This position is ideal for a candidate looking for stable and long-term employment.
- Compensation:
Monthly compensation will be discussed during the interview. The process of selling the mobile homes after remodel will also be discussed.
*Job duties include but are not restricted to:*
- Painting, repairing damage inside homes, general handyman duties, flooring installation, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Home remodel: 2 years (Required)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
- General Handyman: 2 years (Required)
