We are seeking a dynamic self-starter to join our leadership team as a Director of Marketing and help propel our firm's marketing efforts to the next level! This role will be responsible for all branding and outbound communication at the corporate level and will also be supporting the business development efforts of all lines of service. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to build a strong corporate marketing program from the ground up!
The primary duties of this role include :
- Develop tactics and programs that strategically position our firm in target markets
- Oversee content, appearance, quality and delivery of all proposals
- Steer content and quality of client interviews
- Oversee and effectively disseminate knowledge of market(s), and provide research on leads, clients, competition, emerging market trends, industry trends and more.
- Develop and oversee all public relations protocols and communication plans.
- Initiate and implement client surveys and debrief procedures.
- Coordinate staff representation (and attend in person when necessary) at local and / or regional networking forums - including conferences and trade shows and other selected events.
- Collaborate with HR to help develop and disseminate innovative marketing strategies for attracting top talent.
- Oversee our organization's internet content and digital media platforms - including social media presence.

We are seeking someone with ten (10) or more years in corporate marketing for a professional service firm - experience marketing for an A&E firm is desirable, but not mandatory. We prefer someone who has obtained a CPSM designation but will consider any candidate that closely aligns with our needs.
