We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager-Campaigns to create meaningful and revenue driving campaigns for HX.
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels. This individual will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, creating compelling campaigns, and optimizing our initiatives to meet business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and proven success in driving measurable results through marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Strategy and Execution : Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid search, display ads, direct mail, OOH, CTV and content marketing, aligned with business objectives.
- Content Development : Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging digital content (ads, landing pages, email templates, social posts, etc.) to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Paid Media : Collaborate with internal support and external agencies to develop, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure high ROI and performance.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost. Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and optimize future strategies.
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting : Use segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns reach the right audience, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms to refine targeting.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work : Work closely with global marketing, external agencies, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and alignment with company objectives.
- A / B Testing and Optimization : Plan and implement A / B tests to optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Budget Management : Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend across various channels.
- Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and bring innovative ideas to the team.
