Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning and a stellar experience to all who walk through our doors with a positive attitude and radiating energy.
- Management of employee schedules, review and approve time off, review and approve shift trades, and forecast ahead for hiring.
- Interview and hire new team members.
- Supervise, manage and train staff members across various departments, including front of house, back of house, and front counter.
- Inventory management. Place orders with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and cleanliness throughout the building.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Lead marketing of products and explore new areas of business.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Qualifications:
- Highly energetic individual with strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse group of individuals.
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field.
- Familiarity with customer service, kitchen management, food safety, inventory control, and the overall food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
