Our Executive Chefs are dedicated to their craft and take pride in providing guests with excellent food and professional service. Our Chefs have imperative responsibilities of managing all culinary operations of the business. Our new Executive Chef can expect a close working relationship with the Management Team, the Operations Leadership Team, and the entire front and back of house staff. We are looking for the following qualities:
- Work well with employees & managers
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organization skills in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and professional maturity
- Emphasizes on local and federal health regulations
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' worth of Sous Chef experience
- Executive Chef experience preferred but not required
- Degree or certificate is relevant field preferred but not required
Compensation
- $65,000-$70,000 Based on experience and education
- Bonus eligible
