Job Title: Landscape Crew Lead/Foreman
Overview:
Huser’s Firefighter Lawn Landscape has been creating high-quality outdoor spaces since 1998. We turn ordinary backyards into beautiful outdoor kitchens, entertainment areas, and peaceful retreats. Our goal is to make our clients fall in love with their landscapes again by providing creative solutions to their outdoor challenges.
We are looking for two experienced landscape crew lead/foreman to join our team for the 2025 season, one as the team leader for our maintenance/landscaping team and the other for our hardscape team. Crew leaders are critical members of our team, ensuring our customers’ vision for beautiful landscape and hardscape designs come to life. A supervisor for our team needs to be capable of managing & inspire crew members assigned to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage a team of crew members in executing various projects.
- Ensuring jobs are performed in accordance with industry & company standards.
- Communicating plans and production goals w/ crew members, ensuring all safety & maintenance procedures are followed.
- Tracking & recording all expenses and crew hours worked.
- Prepare job sties and maintain control of the work process from beginning to end.
- Ensure that assigned truck remains clean and in top condition.
Qualifications:
- Landscaping/hardscaping experience.
- Experience leading a team is preferred by not required.
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in any weather.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment leading and controlling multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Have a high level of expertise and be able to spot and correct errors.
- Strong analytical & technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results.
- Complete work correctly and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from all team members.
- Is factual, direct & authoritative.
Work Details:
- Full-time.
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with ability to work later on occasions (some Saturdays during busy seasons).
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Pay and Benefits:
- $40-55k per year, based on experience.
- Opportunity for overtime during peak seasons.
- Room for growth and skill development.
- Compensation for credentials (i.e. ICPI for hardscape or IAH) will be considered.
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
