This role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries and requests efficiently. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude. - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests. - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk. - Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette. - Manage guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, and activities as requested by guests. - Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all guest information is accurately recorded. - Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience. - Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide recommendations to guests. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel or resort setting. - Strong front desk skills with an emphasis on guest relations. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences in a hospitality environment.
